Asus K93SV Details and Review

Asus has released really big laptop, that is Asus K93SV. This notebook that can be packed with two hard drives. It also features the latest Intel processors and a large display. A Full HD LED-backlit 18.4-inch display will be more than useful for those who want a big screen. Such a display deserves a good graphics card also, therefore Asus K93SV has chosen the 1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M chip.

The main computing tasks are done on the Intel “Sandy Bridge” Core i3 or i5 dual-core or i7 quad-core CPU. The Asus K93SV notebook has four SODIMM slots (versus 2 in almost every notebook) for up to 16GB of system memory. Inside the brushed metal-like brownish case, there’s enough room for dual hard drives, but the most interesting feature mentioned in the specifications is support for a 3.5-inch HDD, a form factor comonly used in desktop PCs. The “master” 3.5? HDD can be accompanied by a second 2.5? unit, according to the specs of Asus K93SV.
